To exchange a product through the Call Center, you must:
• Go to a post office with the postage code in hand;
• Or schedule a date for the collection of the product to be exchanged. We will pick it up at your home or at any address of your choice.
You will receive the post code by email at up to 48 hours after opening the trade request.
Your product will be shipped to our Distribution Center. After receiving it, we will carry out an inspection and, if everything is ok, we will make your Exchange Voucher available at up to 5 days via our WhatsApp channel. The time to complete your exchange request varies by region and can take up to 32 business days.
