The Kelth Store's Privacy and Security Policy was created to demonstrate the Company's commitment to the security and privacy of information collected about users of interactive services available here. The Policy clarifies the general conditions collection, use, storage, treatment and protection of data on websites, platforms and Internet applications, in accordance with Law 12.965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet) and Decree nº 8.771/2016 (Marco Civil da Internet Regulation) .
By using KELTH's websites, platforms or Internet applications, you expressly and fully agree with this Privacy and Security Policy.
We recommend that you read this section carefully before proceeding.
1. PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION
By knowing more about you, our goal is to always be able to offer you the best service, including information and promotions. It's KELTH's way of always being close to you.
We are committed to preserving the privacy and security of the information collected on our websites, platforms and Internet applications, always respecting the highest ethical and legal principles.
The collection of data on our websites, platforms and Internet applications is carried out for the following purposes:
a) Ensuring efficiency in the provision of our services;
b) Adapt the appearance and content to the user's preferences, in order to provide faster, more pleasant and effective access;
c) Authenticate accesses;
d) Seek adequate security for the services offered and means of identification in the event of improper or illicit uses;
e) Solve problems and formulate notifications related to the use of our websites, platforms and Internet applications;
f) Keep users informed about the services, changes to the Terms of Use or the Privacy and Security Policy, updates or improvements to our websites, platforms and Internet applications, or the status of their accounts and operations;
g) Publicize promotional actions of our websites, platforms and Internet applications or other KELTH initiatives, always providing means for the user to opt out of receiving promotional emails;
h) Determine the effectiveness of our advertising;
i) Publicize promotional actions of partner companies that adopt privacy and security protection measures similar to those established in this Policy;

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
To fulfill the purposes set out above, our websites, platforms and Internet applications may collect data from information:
a) That you yourself provide us, spontaneously, through the creation of accounts or the insertion of references about you in any context on our websites, platforms and Internet applications;
b) About the way you browse our websites, platforms and Internet applications, as well as access logs and interactions in general on our websites, platforms and Internet applications, including information:
(i) About the device and systems/browsers you use to access our websites, platforms and internet applications, including the internet protocol address (IP number);
(ii) Able to identify any and all use and interaction in the context of our websites, platforms and Internet applications, including your shopping habits and preferences in general;
(iii) Referring to the moment of each of your actions on our websites, platforms or Internet applications (date and time);
(iv) Regarding your location;
(v) Regarding the website accessed by you immediately before visiting our websites, platforms and Internet applications;
c) Provided by external websites, tools or platforms made available by third parties.
Cookies, tags and anonymous identifiers contained in emails sent to you may also be used to track your interactions, such as when you received, opened or clicked on a link in an email sent by us.
3. HOW DOES KELTH STORE, TREAT AND PROTECT THIS INFORMATION?
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications promote the safekeeping of their respective access records, in a controlled and secure environment, for a period of 06 (six) months, pursuant to art. 15 of law 12.965/14. After this period, records of access to Internet applications are automatically deleted, pursuant to art. 13, §2, II, of Decree 8.771/2016.
In addition, our websites, platforms and Internet applications also maintain, in a controlled and secure environment, some personal data of users in order to meet specific purposes, as set out in items (1) and (2), pursuant to art. 10 of law 12.965/14. Such data are automatically deleted as soon as the purpose of their use by KELTH is reached, according to item (1) above, and in the strict terms of art. 13, §2, I, of Decree 8.771/2016.
The data collected through our websites, platforms and Internet applications are stored, processed and protected using the best hosting, processing, backup and encryption practices, according to their respective criticality.
The personal data collected is kept confidential, with strict access control, through authentication mechanisms. KELTH also maintains a detailed inventory of access to records and personal data, in an interoperable and structured format, containing the time, duration, identity of the employee or designated person and the file accessed.
Even so, the user must be aware that no Internet security system is guaranteed against unwanted intrusions, and KELTH's commitment is limited to the adoption of recommended protection measures in accordance with the current state of the art, and in accordance with the Law 12.965/2014 (Internet Civil Framework) and Decree No. 8.771/2016 (Internet Civil Framework Regulation).
Due to the structural characteristics of the Internet, it is possible that the data collected will be stored or processed abroad.
4. DATA RELATING TO FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
Data referring to financial transactions are subject to additional security mechanisms aiming at their authenticity, confidentiality and integrity. Technical resources such as digital certification and encryption are used in this sense. The information that travels through our online buying and selling process is protected by HTTPS (usually, a closed padlock in the browser indicates that the connection is secure).
The Identification process (Login and Password) is mandatory in every purchase process.
The payment card numbers (credit or debit) informed by the customer are used exclusively for the purpose of authorizing purchase and/or payment transactions, being encrypted and masked in accordance with the best market practices.
KELTH complies with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), a standard for the brands (Visa, MasterCard and others), which establishes the security model for the protection of customer credit and debit card data, and that applies to both physical stores and the online buying-and-selling process.
5. DATA SHARING
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications only share data:
a) with other companies belonging to the same economic group or controlled by KELTH; b) in the cases provided for in this clause; or c) with the prior authorization of the user.
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications may use third-party service providers for the storage and processing of data. In these cases, these specialized service providers will always submit to the adoption of a contract that ensures secrecy and confidentiality.
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications may also share data with third parties upon court order or request from the Public Ministry, police or administrative authority, pursuant to art. 15, paragraph 3, of law 12.965/14, and arts. 11 and 15, of Decree 8,771/2016, or even if necessary to comply with any other law or government regulation.
6. DATA MANAGEMENT, CORRECTION AND DELETION
KELTH is not responsible for the correction, veracity, authenticity, completeness and updating of the data provided by users of its websites, platforms or Internet applications, not even for the possible misuse of information published by users or for fraud resulting from the violation of passwords.
It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to provide only correct, true, authentic, complete and updated information, as well as to ensure the confidentiality of his password, when applicable, not disclosing it to third parties.

7. EDITING AND DELETING CONTENT
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications reserve the right to edit or even delete any content posted by users that does not comply with the law, its Privacy and Security Policy or Terms of Use.
This condition, however, does not constitute an obligation of KELTH, and, by virtue of art. 15, paragraph 3 of Law 12.965/14, art. 11 and 15, of Decree 8,771/2016, as a rule, requests for editing or removal must take the form of a court order, request from the Public Ministry, police or administrative authority.
8. UNSOLICITED EMAILS
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications seek to avoid sending unsolicited emails, restricting communications with you to matters that are relevant or of your specific interest.
When you make an online purchase, we confirm your order by email and we may also contact you through the means of communication informed in your registration, in order to confirm the operation carried out on our website.
If you would rather not receive promotional information from us, such as emails about special offers and sales events, you can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link contained in the email or, on your registration page, uncheck the option that authorizes the sending of promotional emails (opt out).
After unsubscribing, you may still receive security communications or communications regarding online purchases you have made.
You should be aware that many fraudsters try to use famous brands to obtain personal information such as passwords and credit card details. KELTH WILL NEVER REQUEST YOUR PASSWORD, USER NAME, CARD DATA CREDIT / DEBIT VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CONTACT.
Please cooperate with us by sending a complaint to our WhatsApp if you receive any unsolicited or potentially invasive email on behalf of KELTH.
9. CONNECTIONS (LINKS) TO OTHER SITES
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications may contain links or frames from other websites. These links or frames seek to provide additional benefits to the content and services offered to our users.
We clarify that the inclusion of these links on our websites, platforms and Internet applications does not mean that KELTH has knowledge, agrees or is responsible for said links and frames, or for their respective contents. It is important to emphasize that our objective is to only provide links or frames from reputable and reliable companies. However, KELTH is not responsible for the information, products and services obtained by users on these sites, nor for the commercial practices and privacy policies adopted by these companies, and cannot be held responsible for any losses and damages or loss of profits suffered as a result of the use of these resources.
10. TERM AND CHANGES
The operation of our websites, platforms and Internet applications is indefinite.
Our websites, platforms and Internet applications, in whole or in each of their sections, may be unilaterally terminated, suspended or interrupted by KELTH, at any time and without prior notice.
This Privacy and Security Policy may also be amended at any time.
Changes to this Privacy and Security Policy will be prominently posted on our websites, platforms and Internet applications.
Previous versions of this Privacy and Security Policy can be accessed on the respective KELTH websites, platforms and Internet applications.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
In the interpretation of this Privacy and Security Policy, Brazilian legislation applies.
Any disputes related to this Privacy and Security Policy will be the exclusive competence of the Foro Central de São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
All content and information contained on Lojas Kelth websites, platforms and Internet applications are protected by the laws that regulate copyright, trademarks and other distinctive signs.
Total or partial reproduction of the contents and information contained on KELTH websites, platforms and Internet applications is not permitted.
